Parish Life

The Parish is Where the Church Lives

Parish life at Holy Trinity is the heart of the community and activities of our life together as Christians. We offer numerous opportunities to get to know one another, support each other, encounter Christ and grow in faith. And often those times include a meal!

Parish Life has sponsored a Tailgate Potluck before the Super Bowl with collections for our local food pantry, St. Patty’s Day potluck with a trivia contest, Easter receptions, mini golf outings, Parish Picnic, Chingo (Bingo plus Chili Contest), and more! Sharing a meal builds relationships and a sense of community and we do it well at Holy Trinity.

Chingo

Our Annual Chili Contest and Bingo combo is a favorite for the parish. The theme is western, and members are invited to dress in their best Stetsons, western shirts and cowboy boots. The sense of community and friendly competition make this annual gathering a highlight of the year, bringing together parish members of all ages to enjoy food, fun, and fellowship.

Parish Picnics

Whether we’re celebrating the 4th of July or Ascension Day, it doesn’t take much motivation to fire up the grill! The parish has a nice picnic area on the property to be used precisely for such occasions. The scent of delicious food fills the air as everyone enjoys the beauty of the day and the warmth of community.

In the heart of our community, the joy of sharing meals is a cherished tradition. The warmth and camaraderie found around a table laden with home-cooked dishes are unparalleled. Whether it's a humble gathering or a grand celebration, the essence remains the same – bringing people together in a spirit of unity and joy.
